After studying dentistry at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-Illinois, Dr. Delone brought his skills and warm personality to our Lincoln Park practice. His background in other healthcare areas gives him a unique understanding of whole-body wellness, but it was dentistry that captured his heart. As someone naturally inclined toward smiling, Dr. Delone finds genuine fulfillment in helping patients discover their own smile confidence.
When not at the office, you might find Dr. Delone exploring Chicago’s diverse restaurant scene from his West Loop home or balancing his gaming interests with regular workouts. His multilingual abilities—fluent Arabic and conversational Spanish—help him connect with our diverse patient community. Dr. Delone’s dream destination? Japan during cherry blossom season.
Dr. Martha Silva’s passion for dentistry began remarkably early. At just five years old, she knew she wanted to become a dentist. That lifelong calling led her to complete dental assisting training in high school and work as an orthodontic assistant throughout college before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry.
Her professional journey then took an extraordinary turn as she served as an active duty dentist with the U.S. Army, where she received invaluable mentorship in a multidisciplinary group practice setting alongside dental specialists. This experience helped shape her comprehensive, patient centered approach to care.
After completing her military service, Dr. Silva has practiced throughout the Chicagoland area, bringing her expertise to a wide range of patients and communities before joining our Lincoln Park team. She has since earned her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a distinction that reflects extensive advanced education and excellence across all areas of dentistry.
In addition to comprehensive dental care, Dr. Silva has a special focus on airway centered orthodontics, including early interventional orthodontics, Invisalign®️, and advanced therapies such as MARPE (Miniscrew Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion). Her approach emphasizes not only creating beautifully aligned smiles, but also supporting healthy airway development, facial growth, bite function, and long term wellness.
As a mother of four, including two boys and two girls, Dr. Silva brings a natural warmth and affinity for treating children and families. Her friendly demeanor, advanced training, and commitment to modern, whole patient care make her an exceptional part of our practice.
