Payment Policy Information

All payments are processed securely through our Carestack practice management system.

Payment Timing

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. For treatment plans requiring multiple appointments, we may request a deposit to reserve your appointment time, with the remaining balance due at completion.

Insurance Claims

If you have dental insurance, we’ll submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy. You’re responsible for any co-payments, deductibles, or non-covered services at the time of your appointment. We’ll provide estimates of your out-of-pocket costs based on the information available from your insurance provider, but please remember these are only estimates.

Financial Arrangements

We understand dental care can be a significant investment. For extensive treatment plans, we offer several payment options

Payment in full (sometimes eligible for a courtesy discount)

Phased treatment planning to spread costs over time

Third-party financing options for qualified patients

Our team is happy to discuss these options in detail to find a solution that fits your budget.

Missed Appointments

We reserve time specifically for each patient. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments without proper notice may result in a scheduling deposit requirement for future appointments.

Treatment Estimates

Before beginning significant dental work, we’ll provide a detailed treatment plan, including estimated costs. We’re committed to discussing any changes to your treatment plan and associated costs before proceeding with treatment.

Insurance Coordination

While we’ll help maximize your insurance benefits, please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. The ultimate responsibility for payment remains with you, regardless of insurance coverage.

Our administrative team is available to answer any questions about your statement, insurance claims, or payment options. We strive to make the financial aspect of your dental care as straightforward as possible.

New patients receive our detailed financial policy during their first visit. Your signature acknowledges your understanding and acceptance of our payment policies.
